AGE POLICY
Drivers must be eligible to hold a drivers licence for 8 years at the commencement of rental to drive groups EBMN/EDMN/CDMN/EDAN/CDAN. For groups IDMN/CWMN/IDMD/IDAR drivers must be eligible to hold a drivers license for 9 years, while for groups FDMR/SVMR/FVMR/FDAR/SVAR/FFMR/FFAR/PDAR/IFMR/IFAR drivers must be eligible to hold a license for 11 years. Drivers over the age of 74 will need to provide a medical certificate which states that they are fit to drive and a letter from their insurance company stating that they are currently driving and have not had an accident within the last 5 years. This information must be received at least 5 working days in advance of your rental.

LICENCE POLICY
In order to rent a car from us, we require that you hold a full, unendorsed driving licence for at least 12 months prior to the start of your rental. Licences must be produced in person at the rental location on collection of the vehicle. The licence must be from your country of permanent residence.

Holders of UK, US, Canadian, Australian and all EU member states are NOT required to supply an International Driving Permit (IDP). International Driving Permits where required, MUST BE accompanied by the original domestic licence of the driver. This is clearly stated on the international permit. An International permit presented without the domestic licence, will not be accepted.

Customers from the United Kingdom must present both the card and paper part of their licence. Where the paper part is missing, our rental agent will be required to contact the DVLA to confirm that there are no endorsements on the license. Due to the time involved, we charge an administration fee of EUR11.35 for this service. Please note that the DVLA can only be contacted during their regular opening hours and we accept no liability for being unable to release a car to a customer in the event that the DVLA is uncontactable.

Irish Law requires that drivers are in possession of their driving licence at all times. Please note that failure to inform us of endorsements on your licence will result in us being unable to provide you with a car and a forfeiture of any deposit taken.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
We require that the main driver of the car is the holder of a major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club are accepted) which must be produced on arrival. Payment must be made with a credit card as we do not accept other forms of payment (cash, debit cards, electronic cards or the credit card from a third party will NOT be accepted). At the time of rental, there must be sufficient funds on your card to cover the entire cost of the rental. This includes the insurance excess amount should you decline our excess waiver insurance on collection of the vehicle. Holders of a 'Chip and Pin' credit card must know their PIN number

In order to rent a car from us, you must have your driving licence and credit card (in your own name) with you on collection of the vehicle. Unfortunately we will be unable to rent a vehicle to a customer who does not fulfill these criteria and we will not be held liable for any costs incurred if a customer is unable to pick up their car as a result of failing to produce the above items or not knowing their credit card 'Chip and Pin' number.

Airport / Premium Locations
Please note that all airport collections are subject to an airport surcharge of EUR28.
Some of our other locations also incur a premium location fee of EUR28.

EXCLUSIVE RATES
Only applicable for US/Canadian residents who have a US issued World Mastercard or Canadian issued Visa/Mastercard with relevant cover for the Republic of Ireland. If you have chosen a rate exclusive of CDW and Theft insurance, 2000EURO WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CARD. If there is any damage, this amount can be claimed back through your credit card company. No damage on return will result in a full refund of the 2000EURO to your card. We cannot be held resposible for any exchange rate charges as a result.

In order to establish if your US MasterCard or Canadian VisaCard/MasterCard includes Auto Rental Insurance in the Republic of Ireland please call your credit card issuer before making your reservation. It is important to confirm to your credit card issuer that the Republic of Ireland as your place of rental. You must provide a letter on arrival confirming your cover in the Republic of Ireland dated within 2 weeks of your arrival date.

If you choose to waive our CDW and Theft insurance, an administration fee of EUR28.38 will apply to your rental.

Please note that we DO NOT ACCEPT Travel Guard Insurance.

Flight Information (if collecting from an airport location)
For all airport collections, we ask you provide us with the correct flight number and arrival time when booking your vehicle. This is to ensure that if your flight is delayed your car will be held and staff will be in place to greet you when you arrive. If this information is not available to you at the time of booking, we ask you provide us with it at least 5 days before your arrival date. If we do not receive this information in time, we cannot take responsibility for a failed rental.

VEHICLE HOLD
Vehicles will only be held for 2 hours after the booked pickup time/landing time within our opening hours. After this time, the vehicle may not be available.

FUEL POLICY
For your convenience, we offer the following 2 fuel options:
1. PREPAID FUEL OPTION
Customers can choose our prepaid fuel option at the beginning of their rental at our special discounted rates. To avail of this option, the fuel tank MUST BE RETURNED EMPTY. No refunds will be given for unused fuel. Prices for this option are set locally.
2. FLEXI FUEL OPTION
Pay a deposit for a full tank of fuel when picking up the rental car at market rates and on return the renter has two options:
• Return with a full tank and the fuel deposit will be refunded automatically.
• Return the tank less than full and pay for any used fuel plus a Refill Service Charge.

TOLL ROADS
The M50 uses a barrier free tolling system between junctions 6 and 7. All of our vehicles are registered with the Toll Operator (Eflow). If you make use of this toll road, we will pay the Toll Operator directly on your behalf to ensure you are not fined for non-payment. In turn, we will charge your credit card. Please note that if you decide to pay Eflow directly, they will not refund your duplicate payment. The charge for a car is 4.60Euro (3.10Euro plus admin fee)and the charge for a van is 6.70Euro per crossing (5.20Euro plus admin fee).

DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY
-Once availability has been confirmed, 60% is charged.
-Cancellation Insurance can be purchased for EUR 5.00 per booked week. If Cancellation Insurance has been purchased, and you cancel at least 24 hours before your pickup time, all charges less the Cancellation Insurance will be refunded.
-Where Cancellation Insurance has not been purchased, reservations cancelled at least 24 hours before your pickup time will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
-Cancellations less than 24 hours from the pickup time will result in a loss of your deposit.

Please note that all charges above are inclusive of VAT @ 13.5%. All rentals are subject to a processing fee of EUR7.20.
Hirer is liable for all parking and traffic violations. Any parking and litter fines will be billed to the customer with an administration fee of 30.00Euro
